Drexel asks that each student complete this process by the end of Week 1 of each term. More information about this process can be found on the Drexel Central website.
After the migration to the cloud, some users may have issues logging into the Blackboard app on their mobile device. This is due to a change in the authentication method used for Learn. In order to address this, users should search for Drexel University again within the app and then use the web login feature to authenticate. If that does not work, uninstalling and re-installing the app should resolve the issue. This has been written up on the Instructional Technology Bog at:
